The ParoleTRAX™ system is the most comprehensive and cost effective caseload management tool providing complete tracking, accountability and documentation of an individual with assigned sanctions. ParoleTRAX™ can verify an offender's location without installing costly customized electronic equipment on their person or in the offender’s home. ParoleTRAX™ can provide three levels of technology including voice, GPS cell phone or our tethered Active GPS device to match the sanctions for your offenders.

ParoleTRAX™ brings real-time accountability to adult and juvenile offenders that are a part of a community supervision program by providing three essential pieces of information: “who, when and where”. ParoleTRAX™ utilizes a web-based Graphical User Interface (GUI). The GUI is designed to provide an intuitive, flexible and easy to use caseload management system. The system is simple to use and easy to deploy.

The system is subscriber based meaning that you do not need to purchase special hardware or software. Our cost effective approach allows you to add clients and case workers to the system over the secure connection with our data center using the standard internet browser and connection. Your only cost is the actual transactions by your clients. Many agencies now bill the clients who are assigned to the system, further reducing the cost.
